Turn the Pavement Into a Masterpiece
Unleash your creativity at Chalk Art in the Park, a colorful community event at North Tahoe Regional Park where artists of all ages can transform the pavement into works of art.
Each participant receives a 10' x 10' square in the North Tahoe Regional Park parking lot, along with a bucket of chalk to bring their vision to life. Bringing your own supplies? Chalk only, please!
Artists can get an early start at 9 AM, with official artist check-in and square assignments beginning at 10 AM. Participants will also enjoy lunch during the event, while visitors are welcome to stop by, admire the artwork, and support the local food vendor.
At 3 PM, local judges will select winners in categories including Most Artistic, Most Colorful, Best Kids Entry, Most Creative, and Park Goers’ Favorite, followed by an awards ceremony.
